# Data Retention Policy

 Projetly automatically removes organization data after an extended period of subscription inactivity, to support compliance and data governance requirements,

Organizations with subscriptions that have expired for more than 90 days may be permanently removed from the platform.

This process helps ensure responsible data lifecycle management and alignment with privacy and compliance standards.
