# Organization Memory

Organization Memory helps capture important information about your organization during onboarding. This information provides context about your business, team structure, goals, and ways of working.

Organization Memory is configured as part of the Getting Started process and can be updated later as your organization evolves.

Organization Memory helps maintain key organizational information in one place, providing consistent context across your workspace. It can include details about your organization, business goals, team structure, departments, processes, and ways of working.

### Configure Organization Memory

Organization Memory is available during the Getting Started experience for Workspace Admins and Org Admins.

To configure Organization Memory:

1. Sign in to Projetly.
2. Complete the Getting Started setup process.
3. Provide information about your organization when prompted.
4. Review the information entered.
5. Save the details.

The information is stored as part of your workspace configuration.

### Update Organization Memory

As your organization grows or changes, you can update Organization Memory to keep information current.

To update Organization Memory:

1. Navigate to the Organization Memory section.
2. Review the existing information.
3. Edit the required details.
4. Save your changes.

Updates are reflected across the workspace.

### AI-Inferred Context

Projetly AI continuously analyzes information across your workspace to build additional organizational context automatically.

AI-inferred context is generated from information such as:

* Projects and project activities
* Tasks and workflows
* Documents and shared content
* Team collaboration patterns
* Workspace interactions

These insights help Projetly better understand how your organization operates and improve the relevance of AI-generated recommendations, summaries, and assistance across the platform.

#### How Organization Memory Is Used

The information stored in Organization Memory provides organizational context for Projetly AI and helps improve the relevance of AI-generated insights and recommendations across the workspace.

Access to Deal Memory is controlled through role-based permissions configured by your organization.

If you are unable to view, create, or update Deal Memory, contact your Workspace Administrator or Organization Administrator for access.
