Customer or prospect contacts

The Contacts module helps teams maintain a centralized database of customer, prospect, partner, and stakeholder contacts associated with companies, deals, onboarding projects, and customer engagement activities. It provides visibility into contact information, communication history, associated accounts, activities, projects, and ongoing collaboration across the GTM lifecycle.

The Contacts module helps teams:

  • Maintain customer and prospect contact records

  • Associate contacts with companies, deals, and projects

  • Track contact ownership and engagement

  • Manage communication details and channels

  • Store contact specific notes and activities

  • Improve collaboration between sales, onboarding, and customer success teams

The Contacts listing page displays all contact records available within the workspace. The columns here can be customized using the Filter option.

A contact is granted access to Projetly once they are invited to participate in a project or deal.
