# Deal Memory

Deal Memory helps teams capture and maintain important context throughout the lifecycle of a deal.

### Why Use Deal Memory

Important deal information is often spread across meetings, emails, documents, and conversations.

Deal Memory helps consolidate this information into a structured and accessible format, ensuring valuable context is not lost as teams collaborate and deals evolve.

### Add Deal Context with Deal Memory

After creating a deal, you are redirected to the Deal Memory page to capture additional business context about the opportunity.

Deal Memory helps teams document important information that may not be captured in standard deal fields, including:

* Business objectives and challenges
* Key stakeholders and decision makers
* Budget and procurement considerations
* Evaluation criteria
* Project timelines
* Risks, blockers, and dependencies
* Competitive information

#### Add Deal Context

1. Enter the details you know about the opportunity.
2. Click Refine to improve and structure the content using Projetly AI.
3. Click Analyze to review the completeness of the information provided.

Based on the available context, Projetly assigns a context quality score:

* Bad Context
* Average Context
* Good Context

#### Improve Context Quality

* Click See Why to understand how the score was calculated.
* Click What to Include to view recommendations for improving the deal context.
* Update the information as needed and click Save.

The information you add is stored under What You’ve Shared.

#### AI-Inferred Context

As the deal progresses, Projetly AI continuously analyzes information from:

* Deal details
* Tasks and activities
* Documents and shared content
* Other deal-related interactions

Based on this analysis, Projetly automatically generates additional insights in the AI Inferred section of Deal Memory.
