Deal Memory helps capture important information about a sales opportunity throughout its lifecycle. It provides a central place to document business context, stakeholder information, objectives, challenges, timelines, and other details that may not be captured in standard deal fields.
Deal Memory is available after a deal is created and can be updated as new information becomes available. It helps teams maintain a complete understanding of the opportunity while enabling Projetly AI to generate more accurate insights, recommendations, and deal assessments.
Configure Deal Memory
After a new deal is created, users are automatically redirected to the Deal Memory page.
Add Deal Memory
Add details about the deal to maintain context throughout its lifecycle. Use Deal Memory to document key information related to the opportunity and keep all stakeholders aligned.
Deal Memory
Add information related to the deal, including business objectives, stakeholders, timelines, budget considerations, evaluation criteria, risks, and other relevant details.
Provide as much context as possible to maintain a complete record of the opportunity.
Analyze
Reviews the information entered and evaluates context coverage.
Use Analyze to identify areas where additional information may be required.
Refine
Enhances and restructures the content entered in Deal Memory.
Useful for improving clarity and consistency before saving.
Click 'Save' to save the deal memory. The information is stored under What You’ve Shared and becomes part of the deal’s context.
Analyze Deal Context
Projetly AI evaluates the information provided and assigns a context quality score based on the completeness of the deal information.
Use the available options to improve context quality:

Refine helps improve the structure and clarity of the content.

As work progresses on the deal, Projetly AI continuously analyzes information associated with the opportunity, including:
