A little introduction about us and how we started this journey
Projetly was born from the real-world experience of our founder, who led Product, GTM, and customer onboarding teams in his previous role. He identified a critical gap in the SaaS tools available for self-onboarding. The challenge lay in balancing customer demands with GTM priorities, making focusing on product-led growth (PLG) and self-onboarding tasks difficult.
This frustration sparked the idea for Projetly—a solution designed to streamline the self-onboarding process without requiring development resources. The goal was to create a platform that could simplify the lives of onboarding teams and offer white-glove services without the hassle.
To ensure we built the right solution, we spoke directly with customer onboarding managers across the US, gathering insights into their struggles. They highlighted the need for automation in self-onboarding while still maintaining a personal touch for clients. Armed with this knowledge, we built Projetly, a platform that addresses these customer onboarding challenges.
